The first few years of living in a new place was made quite difficult by both lockdown and the condition of the house we moved into several years ago. It didn’t make for easy exploring. Constantly dealing with one emergency after another and then spending the better part of a year and half with multiple illnesses and surgeries was not the fun downtime one would hope to have for themselves. Thankfully the last year and half or so has lent itself to finally getting to know some of the places around the city. One of the favorites we’ve eaten at is Em Que Viet. A small gem of a place in Saint Paul that has a delicious menu with multiple vegan options and a staff always willing to answer questions. Em Que Viet has a fun and interesting drink menu and also, pretty bathrooms. You should visit.
